Datum undertake a range of detailed commercial and residential surveys including RICS Level 3 Home Surveys, commercial RICS Technical Due Diligence Building Inspections and Pre-Acquistion Surveys. We can also carry out a Specific Defects Survey if you think you may have an issue at your property including damp, dry rot, roof defects etc.

We recently undertook a Pre-Acquisition Survey of a large industrial site in Oldham. This was for a commercial landlord who was interested in acquiring the site.
